Kashan Wool Runner

Kashan rugs originate from one of the oldest cities in Iran, dating back to the 17th century or possibly earlier. Sales grew across local and international markets in the 19th and 20th centuries, turning the Kashan into a household name and establishing its reputation for dense knotting and overall quality. They are considered as one of the finest Persian carpets, known for their red and blue floral patterns, with medallions or allover designs.
